Method
How it works
Report
A short form. Your name, email and phone are all optional. Nothing on this page tracks you.
Keep your number
You are given a sixteen digit number. It looks like a phone number so it can sit unnoticed in your contacts.
COFEK reads it
A named reviewer reads every report. They can ask you a question through your number without learning who you are.
It goes onward
Credible cases go to KNQA and CUE to be checked, and to the EACC to be acted on. All five bodies receive them at once.
A report is always passed on as an allegation, never as a finding.
Limits
What this site does and does not do
No names are published here
The public page shows counts by county and by sector, and suppresses any figure small enough to identify a person. Nothing you write is ever published.
Your IP address is not stored
Reports carry no IP address, no device details and no location. Photographs have their location data removed before they are saved.
We do not check qualifications
This site collects what citizens know and routes it to the bodies that can verify it. It makes no findings of its own.
This is not legal protection
Kenya has no whistleblower protection law. We keep your details out of the system as far as we can, but we cannot promise you protection nobody in Kenya can give.
